BOB OSBORN

Bob is passionate about working with clients so that they can accomplish tasks on their own and be self-sufficient. He can always call on an extensive business experience to guide and direct ACI clients. Bob started his own business at 18 and, in 1985, he began to set up computer accounting systems. Beginning in the early 90s, he worked with MAS90 and used it for 8 years as a Controller for a $50 M company before becoming a consultant. Bob also set up and maintained networks and has become a Microsoft MCSE. Additionally, he has extensive experience writing reports as an end user for management and sales.

At ACI, Bob is an Application Consultant for Sage100, JobOps as well as integrations with other software. He provides phone, remote, and on-site support for clients experiencing issues with Sage or those who need training. Bob also has deep expertise in customizing screens, fields, and scripts to enforce business rules and setting up automated alerts, emails, and reports.

When he’s not enjoying action movies, Bob has been known to make homemade bacon (from scratch) for Christmas gifts.
